Refund policy


Returns

We do not accept returns. As a dropshipping business, our products are shipped directly from our suppliers, and items cannot be sent back to their warehouses. For this reason, we are unable to process return shipments.


Non-Returnable Items

Since we do not accept returns, all items are considered non-returnable. However, we do offer refunds or replacements for defective, damaged, or incorrect items (see Refunds section).


Sizing & Fit

Please review size charts carefully before purchasing. We do not accept returns for sizing issues, as all items are made and shipped directly from our suppliers.


Refunds

Because we do not accept returned items, refunds are only provided for defective, damaged, or incorrect products. After reviewing and approving your claim, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will resolve the issue promptly.


Replacements

Because we do not accept returned items, we offer replacements only in cases where a product arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect. To request a replacement, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the issue. Once approved, a new item will be shipped to you at no additional cost. You will not be asked to return the original product.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund, please check with your bank or payment provider. If the issue continues, contact us at contact@ivory1shop.com.


Incorrect Addresses

We are not responsible for refunds or returns due to incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.
